Amanda Blair represents lenders and borrowers in complex real estate finance and development transactions with an emphasis on federally insured loans for multifamily housing and healthcare financing under Federal Housing Administration/U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development insurance programs. In addition to FHA/HUD transactions, Amanda advises clients on a wide variety of financing structures, including those involving tax-exempt bonds, tax credits, mezzanine debt, accounts receivable financing, USDA Rural Development, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and other government-sponsored subsidy programs.

Prior to joining Peaseley & Derryberry PLC, Amanda worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development as a candidate of the USDA Pathways Program.
