Brad founded Peaseley & Derryberry PLC in 2003 and has managed the Richmond, Virginia, office since then. Before opening the firm, Brad served for many years as chief counsel to the HUD Office in the Commonwealth of Virginia before joining a large Richmond law firm where he managed the HUD portfolio in his capacity as counsel to borrowers, lenders and developers. Brad has also closed numerous transactions involving Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loans.
