Biography
Felicia provides advice and assistance to clients in all aspects of real estate finance, with an emphasis on representing lenders in HUD FHA-insured transactions with experience in almost every US State. Felicia specializes in a variety of HUD Multifamily programs including refinances, new construction, interest rate reductions and supplemental loans. Felicia has specific experience representing Lenders and Developers navigate ORCF LEAN Programs, Section 8 contracts, mixed finance transactions, mark to market transactions, historic tax credits, bond/tax credits, HOME Loans, as well as a plethora of affordability and community development programs from across the country at the state, local and federal level. As a licensed Tennessee title agent, Felicia oversees the firm’s title company, Commercial Title & Escrow, LLC. More recently, Felicia has widened her asset management practice, representing Lenders and Developers as they navigate the HUD asset management hurdles involved in asset transfers and post-closing matters including eminent domain/takings, collateral changes and commercial lease reviews.
