A native of Middle Tennessee, Leann Pierce is a paralegal assisting members and associates in commercial purchase, sale, development and financing transactions. In such capacity, Leann organizes and restructures corporate and partnership entities for clients. She drafts documents for mixed finance HUD insured transactions, including new construction, final endorsement, refinance, and Healthcare projects and guides developers through Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and local construction loan projects. Leann has been with Peaseley & Derryberry PLC since 2020 and is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business administration.
