Sarah brings over 20 years’ experience in a myriad of HUD projects when she works with borrower and lender teams. The hundreds of transactions that Sarah has managed include 221(d)(4) construction transactions from initial through final endorsement and all HUD refinance options. Sarah is well known in HUD offices, lenders and with purchasers across the nation for her knowledge of Transfers of Physical Assets (TPA), Modified Transfer of Physical Assets (MTPA) and assignments of Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) Contracts. Her accounting degree enables her to uniquely analyze the flow of funds in all transactions. Sarah’s depth of experience gives her the versatility to draft or review all documents for real estate transactions, including organizational documents, title policies, surveys, and easements, A resident of Texas, Sarah has been with Peaseley & Derryberry since 2013.
