Tami brings 25 years of experience in a wide variety of real estate transactions to Peaseley & Derryberry. Currently, she coordinates developers, lenders, buyers, sellers, investors, HUD teams and public finance organizations in all HUD/FHA-insured and commercial transactions. Tami’s detailed knowledge of new construction enables her to lead all teams through complicated transactions involving substantial rehabilitation and expanded 223(f) HUD finance, healthcare facilities, low income housing tax credits, historical tax credits and multifamily projects across the country. Prior to joining Peaseley & Derryberry, Tami operated a title insurance company in Tennessee and served as closing agent for countless transactions.
