Kelly Derryberry represents lenders, developers, owners, and public agencies in complex transactions involving development and financing of multifamily and healthcare facilities under Federal Housing Administration/U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development insurance programs. In addition to FHA/HUD financing, Kelly renders valuable advice on regulatory compliance matters and loan servicing processes involving HUD, FHA, GNMA, bonds and tax credits. Kelly has acted as a foreclosure commissioner by appointment of HUD on more than 20 foreclosures proceedings. A licensed Tennessee title agent, Kelly operates the firm’s Tennessee title company, Commercial Title & Escrow, LLC.

A founding member of Peaseley & Derryberry, Kelly served more than 20 years as the Chief Counsel of the HUD Tennessee State Office where he also was a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee.
