A native of Nashville, Tennessee, Tim Derryberry focuses on acquisition, construction, development, and refinancing of affordable housing developments. He represents real estate developers and lenders in the refinancing and development of multifamily and mixed-use properties in HUD insured transactions throughout the United States. Tim previously served as a law clerk at Peaseley and Derryberry for 2 years before joining the firm.
